This is how it works:

1. Order placed?
   Once you have ordered your wrap kit, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an installation appointment.

2. Bring it to our location in Amsterdam
   At the agreed-upon time, bring your bike to our wrapping location : Weesperstraat 108, Amsterdam . We'll receive your bike there and get started right away.

3. Preparation
   We start with a thorough cleaning and degreasing of the frame. If necessary, we disassemble components such as the front rack or other accessories (additional charge) so the wrap can be applied perfectly to any surface.

4. Professional application of the wrap kit
   Our specialists apply the wrap kit with professional precision. Everything is finished as neatly as possible.

5. Everything reassembled and ready for use
   After wrapping, we'll neatly reassemble all the parts. We'll then notify you that your bike is ready for pickup.

Within 2 to 2.5 hours you can get back on your own, fully wrapped e-bike – just like having a new bike.
